Vendor & Ad Contract

The board reserves the right to limit vendors and advertisers. Preference will be given to fiber arts and related vendors and advertisers.

  • If the form and payment are submitted by May 15, your business name will be listed in the vendor section of the brochure.
  • The online vendor list will be updated regularly until the fair.

Need help? Call, text, or email for assistance.

Advertising included with booth registration fee:

  • Business name listed in printed brochure (if registered by May 15)
  • Business name and website listed on NCFF website
  • One social media posting on all NCFF accounts (Facebook and Instagram) with the business logo, to let attendees know this will be one of the vendors at the fair

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations received before May 31 will receive a full refund of their booth fee, minus a 5% processing fee.
  • Cancellations received between June 1 and August 15 will receive 50% of their booth fee, minus a 5% processing fee.
  • Cancellations received after August 15 will not receive a refund.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations will be taken into account when the board decides whether or not to accept a business as a vendor.

Set up is Friday 10 am–6 pm and Saturday 7-8:45 am

Vendors must be open:

  • Saturday: 9 am–5 pm
  • Sunday: 9 am–1 pm
  • Vendors must be open until close on Sunday afternoon.
  • Access to the vendor space is restricted when the vendor showcase is closed. Vendor space will close at 5:30 pm Saturday and vendors will be allowed in 45 minutes prior to opening on Sunday.

All booths must be dismantled by Sunday at 5 pm. A $50 fee will be collected for every hour after 5 pm.

An internet connection is available free of charge at the event. Please have a backup data plan available in case of an internet outage.

A few notes:

  • Absolutely no mailed vendor or ad registrations will be accepted. Annie can take your registration over the phone (if you’re having technical issues), so calltext, or email to set up a time.
  • Any lights you put up in your booth should be attached immediately over products and not shine into other booths (no six-foot pole lights shining from on high!).
  • You must remain in your designated booth space. The aisles are the size they are for fire code and safety reasons, not so you have extra spillover space. A few inches over is fine, multiple feet over the line is not.
