The board reserves the right to limit vendors and advertisers. Preference will be given to fiber arts and related vendors and advertisers.
- If the form and payment are submitted by June 15, your business name will be listed in the vendor section of the booklet.
- The online vendor list will be updated regularly until the fair.
Advertising included with booth registration fee:
- Business name listed in printed booklet
- Business name and contact info listed on NCFF website
- One social media posting on all NCFF accounts (Facebook and Instagram) with the business’ logo, to let attendees know this will be one of the vendors at the fair
- One short social media video (FB live and IG reel) filmed at the fair
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations received before May 31 will receive a full refund of their booth fee, minus a 5% processing fee.
- Cancellations received between June 1 and August 15 will receive 50% of their booth fee, minus a 5% processing fee.
- Cancellations received after August 15 will not receive a refund.
- Repeated last-minute cancellations will be taken into account when the board decides whether or not to accept a business as a vendor.
Set up is Friday 9:00 am–noon. We will have a more streamlined set-up process this year, and will have volunteers with carts to help haul stuff.
Vendors need to be open:
- Friday, September 15: noon–6 pm
- Saturday, September 16: 9 am–5 pm
- Sunday, September 17: 9 am–3 pm
All booths must be dismantled by Sunday at 5:30 pm. A $50 fee will be collected for every hour after 5:30 pm.
An internet connection is available free of charge at the event. Please have a backup data plan available in case of an internet outage.
