From the north
I-29 exit 180

  1. Head west on US 81 S [2.5 miles]
  2. Turn left onto US 81 S/4th St NE [1.0 mile]
  3. Turn right onto 14th Ave NE [1.2 miles]
  4. Turn left onto 10th St NW [0.5 mile]
  5. Turn left onto SD-20 E [0.7 mile]
  6. Turn right onto W Kemp Ave [0.8 mile]
  7. Turn left onto 21st St SW [500 ft]

Destination is on your left

From the south or the east
Starting at the intersection of I-29 exit 177 and US Hwy 212

  1. Head west on US Hwy 212/9th Ave SE [4.4 miles]
  2. Turn north onto 21st St SW [0.8 mile]

Destination is on your right

From the west
US Hwy 212

  1. Head east into Watertown on US Hwy 212/9th Ave SE
  2. Turn north on 21st ST SW [0.8 mile]

Destination is on your right

From NW or SW
SD Hwy 20

  1. Head into Watertown on SD Hwy 20
  2. Turn west onto 3rd Ave NW [0.8 mile]
  3. 3rd Ave NW turns left and becomes 21st St NW [0.3 mile]

Destination is on your left


Most mapping sites try to take you to the extension offices, not the outside exits to the building the fair is in.

Park in the parking lot off 21st ST SW (entrances to the lot are on both sides of the Watertown Ice Arena), NOT off Kemp Ave (see photo).

Once you have parked, enter the fair at Entrance H or Entrance I.
