Cancellation Policy

In the event that the NCFF Board of Directors cancels the in-person fiber fair for any reason, including COVID-19/pandemic-related issues, all vendor, advertising, and class fees will be refunded.

If a vendor or class registrant cancels their reservation and the fair itself hasn’t been cancelled, the regular cancellation policies apply. Please see below for additional details.

*Please note there is a 5% processing fee on all refunds

Vendors

Refunds for cancellations will be given as outlined below:

  • Cancellation received by May 31—full booth fee refunded, minus the 5% processing fee.
  • Cancellation received by August 15—half booth fee refunded, minus the 5% processing fee.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations after Aug. 15.

Classes

Refunds for cancellations will be given as outlined below:

  • Cancellation received by August 26—full price of the class(es), minus the processing fee, is refunded.
  • Cancellation received by September 9—half of the price of the class(es), minus the processing fee, is refunded.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations after Sept. 9.

In the event a class is canceled by NCFF, registrants will receive a full refund.

Saturday Evening Social

There are no refunds for the Saturday Evening Social.
