In the event that the NCFF Board of Directors cancels the in-person fiber fair for any reason, including COVID-19/pandemic-related issues, all vendor, advertising, and class fees will be refunded.
If a vendor or class registrant cancels their reservation and the fair itself hasn’t been cancelled, the regular cancellation policies apply. Please see below for additional details.

Vendors
Refunds for cancellations will be given as outlined below:
- Cancellation received by May 31—full booth fee refunded, minus the 5% processing fee.
- Cancellation received by August 15—half booth fee refunded, minus the 5% processing fee.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations after Aug. 15.
Classes
Refunds for cancellations will be given as outlined below:
- Cancellation received by August 26—full price of the class(es), minus the processing fee, is refunded.
- Cancellation received by September 9—half of the price of the class(es), minus the processing fee, is refunded.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations after Sept. 9.
In the event a class is canceled by NCFF, registrants will receive a full refund.
Saturday Evening Social
There are no refunds for the Saturday Evening Social.
